Delete your account

You can permanently close your buyer account on Childrenswear Platform at any time. This page explains both the in-app option and, if you can't access the app, how to request deletion by email.

Delete from inside the mobile app

  1. 1Open the mobile app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. 4Confirm in the dialog. Your account is closed immediately.

If you can't access the app

Send us an email from the address registered on your account and we'll close it manually within 30 days.

What is deleted and what we keep

Deleted immediately

  • Your profile (company name, contact phone, shipping address, tax number, city, country)
  • Your saved shopping cart and any draft data
  • Your sign-in credential (Firebase user is removed; the same email can register again)

Kept for legal and accounting reasons

  • Past orders, sub-orders and order line items (financial records)
  • Uploaded payment receipts attached to those orders
  • Notifications related to fulfilled orders

Records we are legally required to retain (tax, anti-fraud, dispute resolution) are kept for the period required by applicable law and then deleted. We don't use them for any other purpose.

How long it takes

In-app deletions are processed instantly. Email requests are completed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation when it's done.
