I signed up but my account is still pending. What now?

Every new buyer is reviewed manually to protect supplier inventory. Approval usually takes one working day. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, email us — most delays come from a missing company detail we can clear up in one message.

How do I pay for an order?

All orders are priced in USD. After placing your order you'll see our bank details inside the app. Transfer the total, then upload the receipt in the order screen. Once we verify the transfer, suppliers are notified to ship.

What does "sub-order" mean and why is my order split?

Because each item comes from a different factory, we split your order automatically into one sub-order per supplier. You see one total, one payment and one consolidated shipment — but the app tracks each sub-order so you always know which factory has shipped.

How does shipping work?

Suppliers first send your goods to our consolidation hub in Yiwu. Once everything has arrived and been inspected, we ship the whole order to you under a second tracking number. Both tracking numbers are visible in the order screen.

An item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Open the order in the app, take photos of the issue and email us within 7 days of delivery. We work with the supplier directly to resolve it — refund, replacement, or credit on your next order.

How do I change the app language?

The app supports English, Turkish, Russian and Azerbaijani. Open Settings → Language to switch. Product descriptions are translated and reviewed by our team, so you see the same info in every language.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If you signed up with Google, just sign in with Google again — there's no separate password.

How do I close my account?

Email us from the address registered on your account and ask for closure. We remove personal data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep for tax purposes.
