Terms of Service
By using Childrenswear Platform you agree to these terms. They apply to suppliers listing products, buyers placing orders, and visitors browsing the website.
Role of the platform
Childrenswear Platform is a B2B marketplace. We facilitate transactions between independent suppliers and independent buyers and provide consolidation, translation and logistics services. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers must list accurate product data, ship orders within the agreed window, and comply with all applicable safety and labelling standards for childrenswear in destination markets.
Buyer obligations
Buyers are responsible for verifying that products are legal to import and resell in their country, paying invoices in USD on time, and providing accurate shipping and customs information.
Payments and settlement
All prices are quoted in USD. Buyers pay the platform; the platform settles with suppliers after delivery confirmation. Detailed invoicing is provided per order.
Liability
We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or events outside our control (e.g. customs delays, carrier failures). Our maximum liability per order is capped at the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our operational base. Disputes are first resolved by good-faith negotiation.
